Anyone who has an interest in learning more about this subject matter is encouraged to take the course. There are no entry requirements to take the course.
The course is broken down into 5 individual modules. Each module takes between 20 and 90 minutes on average to study. Although you are free to spend as much or as little time as you feel necessary on each module, simply log in and out of the course at your convenience.
You can study the course any time you like. Simply log in and out of the web based course as often as you require. The course is compatible with all computers, tablet devices and smart phones so you can even study while on the move!
Once you have completed all 5 modules there is a multiple choice test. The questions will be on a range of topics found within the 5 modules. The test, like the course, is online and can be taken a time and location of your choosing.
The pass mark for the test is 70%.
If you don’t pass the test first time you will get further opportunities to take the test again after extra study. There are no limits to the number of times you can take the test. All test retakes are included within the price of the course.
You can either use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Solo cards or PayPal account to pay for the online course. Our site uses the latest SSL encryption to ensure your safety. All payments are handled securely by PayPal.
You can begin the course immediately after your payment has been received. You will create your login details during the checkout process. We will also send you an email confirming your login details.
We estimate that the course will take about 3 hours to complete in total, plus an additional 30 minutes for the end of course test.
Once you have been awarded your certificate it is valid for life. The certificate does not expire or need renewing.
I really enjoyed this course. It allowed me to go at my own pace, completing modules in my lunch breaks or at home and you can do the modules as many times as you like which suited me.
The modules were explained well, included a clear step by step guide with a video and a spreadsheet to practice on which allowed me to learn the content in different ways. The module content was extremely valuable and taught me how to understand Excel which will lead to saving time in future projects needing Excel.
This course not only includes the very basics but explains some core Excel processes. I recommend this course to all abilities and anyone who needs to use Excel.

Excellent course, easy to follow, excellent tutorial videos that set examples out very simply and are easy to pause or fast forward meaning you can go through this course at totally your own speed.
The work sheets are very good as the examples from the video are all replicated clearly and you can skip back and forth between the worksheet and the video if you don’t remember something completely the first time. When you are confident with the subject, you move yourself on to the next one
I love that I can do this completely in my own time and am sure that at the end of the course I will be confident in my own ability to use Excel.

Most modules had an assessment at the end where you could check your own knowledge - this was a great add on to ensure you are up to speed. The exam was easily laid out great with no tricky to read questions. The completion certificate was easily accessible on completion and you are given your grade immediately after the exam - it even gives you the option to see your incorrect answers so you can review them in your own leisure. All of the modules are printable so you can ready back as often as you like. Not only this, but throughout the whole course, you have the ability to email representatives of the course who will answer any questions you may have and they are very prompt with their responses. After much searching, I stumbled across this online course which sounded perfect for what I wanted and was available at a very affordable cost. This is the first time I have taken an online course, so wasn’t sure what to expect or if my money was going to be well spent.
The course is great, it was very easy to follow with simple, clear instructions and the additional use of video demonstrations that I found extremely helpful. It was handy to be able to print off all the course modules to keep for future reference and nice to receive a certificate upon completion.
