Anxiety Awareness Diploma
Anxiety Awareness Diploma Course
Anxiety is one of the biggest mental health conditions experienced by thousands of British citizens every year. While anxiety helps us evaluate our responses to dangers and threats, it can turn into a problem when it becomes the norm rather than the exception.
The anxiety awareness course is designed to promote awareness regarding the nature of anxiety, the causes, symptoms and treatments. Self-awareness plays a crucial role in helping us understand our fears, insecurities and beliefs. In addition, anxiety awareness also empowers you to help loved ones. The causes, signs and treatments explained in the Anxiety Awareness Course will help you understand the condition in its entirety.
What you will learn in the Anxiety Awareness Course

- Different types of anxiety disorders, including panic attacks, GERD, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder)

Very excellent learning and very good work. I am really enjoying it and growth in my mind set. If you have a methodical approach to your work, and you’re interested in Law, then becoming a Legal Secretary could be the perfect career move for you.
The main role of a Legal Secretary is to provide administrative support and services for Lawyers, Solicitors and Legal Executives. It is their job to ensure that an office runs smoothly and efficiently, enabling their employers to focus on serving their clients.
It is not a necessary requirement to have a degree to become a Legal Secretary. However, it is recommended to have some qualifications specific to the industry.

New Skills Academy is a lovely system to work with. Easy to sign up and make an account. Modules are clearly defined and are packed of information. Really great, has lots of information on lots of topics.
Great foundation for anyone looking into this area of employment or self employed as has great ideas and advice to build on. Have attended face to face courses which have much less information than this.
Lovely bite size quizzes on some modules which help to understand and enforce the contact of the bigger modules. End exam has a nice mixture of topics covered in the course. And has an option to re-sit if needed.
Jennifer Anderson
Very Informative course, breaks everything down easily into simple steps.Thank you.

Great course, lots of really good information which I could take my time over reading and making notes. I could then understand and learn through the content. It has definitely already helped my teaching and will continue to be a source of reference.

I have always had an interest in property and estate management. I was unsure how to get my career started in this field without any experience or qualifications in that area. Also, having three children and a full time job limits my ability to attend to college courses. The online system they have at "New Skills Academy" is so straight forward and easy to use. I'm really enjoying learning and expanding my knowledge at my own pace and in my own time. Getting started was so straightforward, I even read over material during swimming lessons and the school run. I'm already looking for the next course to start!
