Chinese is the most spoken language in the world, with billions of speakers concentrated especially in China, Taiwan, and other Asian countries. Learning Chinese opens up your abilities to connect with a huge part of the world's population and explore the interesting aspects of Asian culture.
A part of the Sino-Tibetan language family, this course will focus on Mandarin or Standard Chinese.
The goal of Level 1 is to leave you with a wide basis of vocabulary, an ability to converse freely in Chinese, and a beginner's knowledge of Chinese grammar, sentence structure, and syntax.
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to have conversations in Chinese and will have a strong foundation to continue learning the language and new vocabulary.

If you already know some Chinese, Level 2 Chinese is a great course for you.
Throughout Level 2, you will get the chance to practise your existing skills while also continually adding to your knowledge. Level 2 focuses on some of the most important verbs in Chinese as well as some common topics of conversation.
The goal of Level 2 is to reinforce your current knowledge while sustainably adding additional information to your repertoire. You will dive a little deeper into the rules and intricacies of the Chinese language as well as the interesting culture behind this ancient and historic language.
Upon completion of Level 2, you will be equipped with a wide variety of new speaking, writing, and listening skills in Chinese.
Each level is aimed to give you additional confidence to use your newfound language skills in the real world, and the modules will give you the tools you need to do just that. You will be able to absorb information sustainably and quickly with the expertly designed and paced modules.
You Will Learn:
- About the main and most used verbs in Chinese and how to conjugate and use them
- Chinese spelling and more about the alphabet
- Useful day-to-day knowledge like how to speak about professions, answer questions, and describe things
- How to use and identify Chinese words like prepositions, adjectives, and pronouns

Level 3 focuses on giving you the tools to tackle some of the most complex and irregular parts of the Chinese language. In Level 3, you will learn about specific words that are important in Chinese.
You will also get the chance to reinforce and practise your knowledge of the Chinese writing system- one of the toughest parts about learning Chinese!
Level 3 is ideal for ensuring that you truly understand the ins and outs of the Chinese language. This will help with Chinese writing skills and make it easier and easier for you to converse in Chinese, even with native speakers!
This is the final level in your Chinese course, and it aims to give you the necessary tools to use your Chinese in day-to-day life and truly understand when you read or hear it elsewhere.
You Will Learn:
- How and when to use each of the verb tenses
- A more in-depth look at some other Chinese verbs and how they are conjugated
- How to describe things and people in Chinese
- How to ask and answer more complex questions in Chinese
- How to use and identify each type of Chinese word, like verbs, prepositions, adjectives and others

The course is broken down into 0 individual modules. Each module takes between 20 and 90 minutes on average to study. Although you are free to spend as much or as little time as you feel necessary on each module, simply log in and out of the course at your convenience.
You can study the course any time you like. Simply log in and out of the web based course as often as you require. The course is compatible with all computers, tablet devices and smart phones so you can even study while on the move!
Once you have completed all 0 modules there is a multiple choice test. The questions will be on a range of topics found within the 0 modules. The test, like the course, is online and can be taken a time and location of your choosing.
The pass mark for the test is 70%.
If you don’t pass the test first time you will get further opportunities to take the test again after extra study. There are no limits to the number of times you can take the test. All test retakes are included within the price of the course.
You can either use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Solo cards or PayPal account to pay for the online course. Our site uses the latest SSL encryption to ensure your safety. All payments are handled securely by PayPal.
You can begin the course immediately after your payment has been received. You will create your login details during the checkout process. We will also send you an email confirming your login details.

This course is absolutely brilliant for someone like me that has a busy working life – the modules are chunked into bite sized pieces and are really simple and straightforward to use.
It is easy to dip in and out of and pick up from where you left off – I was certainly glad I chose to pick all 3 levels – I am quite competent with Excel but I have also picked up new pieces of information from the beginners’ modules as well as really developing my skills with the more advanced information.
It has also meant I have had a really good refresh with parts of Excel that I haven’t used for a long time. I advise anyone who is considering skipping straight to the Intermediate or Advanced courses to go for this option – it really has proved excellent value for money!

Lovely bite size quizzes on some modules which help to understand and enforce the contact of the bigger modules. End exam has a nice mixture of topics covered in the course. And has an option to re-sit if needed.

After much searching, I stumbled across this online course which sounded perfect for what I wanted and was available at a very affordable cost. This is the first time I have taken an online course, so wasn’t sure what to expect or if my money was going to be well spent.
The course is great, it was very easy to follow with simple, clear instructions and the additional use of video demonstrations that I found extremely helpful. It was handy to be able to print off all the course modules to keep for future reference and nice to receive a certificate upon completion.

Wow what an incredible insight for the start of anyone's journey in property. This course gives you so much information and there are tests and questions on each of the modules. The course is very easy to follow and well laid out. You can actually make notes on the pages of each module using the notes tab! I am very excited to say that I passed and I only spent one week on this course. I will print all the PDF information and keep it in a file with my certificate.
