Anyone who has an interest in learning more about this subject matter is encouraged to take the course. There are no entry requirements to take the course.
The course is broken down into 5 individual modules. Each module takes between 20 and 90 minutes on average to study. Although you are free to spend as much or as little time as you feel necessary on each module, simply log in and out of the course at your convenience.
You can study the course any time you like. Simply log in and out of the web based course as often as you require. The course is compatible with all computers, tablet devices and smart phones so you can even study while on the move!
Once you have completed all 5 modules there is a multiple choice test. The questions will be on a range of topics found within the 5 modules. The test, like the course, is online and can be taken a time and location of your choosing.
The pass mark for the test is 70%.
If you don’t pass the test first time you will get further opportunities to take the test again after extra study. There are no limits to the number of times you can take the test. All test retakes are included within the price of the course.
You can either use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Solo cards or PayPal account to pay for the online course. Our site uses the latest SSL encryption to ensure your safety. All payments are handled securely by PayPal.
You can begin the course immediately after your payment has been received. You will create your login details during the checkout process. We will also send you an email confirming your login details.
We estimate that the course will take about 8 hours to complete in total, plus an additional 30 minutes for the end of course test.
Once you have been awarded your certificate it is valid for life. The certificate does not expire or need renewing.
I must honestly say that this course website is a great help for learning new information on previous courses as I did a Premiere Animal Care 1 year course.
Ever since my mum introduced me to this website and got me on the "Dog Grooming Diploma" course through New Skills , we also came across many other great courses and offers and not only did I learn new skills, techniques and information while working on my modules my previous knowledge on dog care expanded tremendously!

There are some fantastic courses on offer and they are set out in a simple, easy step by step way to help with home learning. I like how they are set out in small modules with a quiz at the end. It made it easier for me to take on board what I was being taught.
When I needed to contact someone about the course, they responded quickly to my emails and helped me solve my issues. I like that there is no time scale on completing the course so that I can pick up where I left off after a break from learning.
I would recommend learning with New Skills Academy to anyone wanting to improve their skills.

The course was easy to find on the website, and plenty of information regarding course modules, outcomes and any frequently asked questions. There is plenty of choices for a range of courses, which made it harder for me to decide what course I wanted to pursue! The price of the courses are reasonable and doing it in your own time while in employment is a plus for myself. Trying to find time while in full time work is hard in itself, but having a good provider online it has opened the door for me to learn new things and expand my knowledge. This is a fantastic course, it is incredible value for money and it will give you all the information you need to be able to pursue the career of Teaching Assistant.

Very nice and practical. Good course structure comes with handout. Each module contains down-to-earth content which provide a comprehensive knowledge from learning about this industry, getting to know the florist and the basic understanding about flowers, then to how to start and maintain our own business.
With the completed course which does provide me clear guidelines to enter this industry and knowing what’s in front of me.
The hand out does help a lot too. I can decide freely when to learn and the learning pace by my own. Through this course, I’ve also established a solid knowledge about techniques of how to take care of flowers correctly, how to design and create my own bouquet.
Overall, I am very satisfied.

Wow what an incredible insight for the start of anyone's journey in property. This course gives you so much information and there are tests and questions on each of the modules. The course is very easy to follow and well laid out. You can actually make notes on the pages of each module using the notes tab!
