I wanted a qualification to back up the practical experience I had gained in my last job. I found logging in and navigating the site very easy and I really like the flexibility it gave me; being able to study around my usual working day. The topics were well laid out and explained and I understood well through relevant examples.
The test at the end was straightforward however some rewording of the multiple answers would make it more understandable. But otherwise I'm really happy with this course and I have actually learnt more than I expected.
I would not hesitate to use this company again and have in fact bought another course since.

I really enjoyed this course. Was a lot of reading and had to stop and try to take it in.
There were 21 modules, and most of them took 45 minutes to complete, so you need to be in a position, where you actually have the time to do all the tasks that are required. The tasks are mainly to do things by yourself to practise what you have just read, but doing it will help you out so much.
Will be looking for another course, as I enjoyed this so much, definitely worth the price as the certificate is worth more on your cv.

I am a hands-on learner, nothing goes in when I am bored blasted. This course was fantastic, the material for each module is provided in writing, which can be printed and read wherever you are in in your own time, all devices compatible and a short video showing how to do it using Excel.
You can re-visit each module however many times you want, even after completing the exam. The exam is totally content driven (what they teach is what they ask).
This is a great site to learn and I will be recommending it to everyone, Do a course…

A very helpful and well-structured introduction to Complete Animal Care. I haven't completed all the course content and modules, but I am finding it is clear and easy to understand and the topics are presented with enough detail to enable a good understanding, but not overwhelm you!
Very straightforward process to access content, good value for money and there is an extensive range of free downloadable resources relating to the course.
While learning at my own pace, the course is giving me all the information I need to start my dream career. I have already and will continue to highly recommend New Skills Academy!

Great Course! Arrived very quickly on the same day I ordered it - Amazing Service! I can’t wait to get the certificate at the end so I can show my customers that I have under pinned my knowledge and experience by gaining a qualification that is fully accredited. It is so important to keep fully up to date with skill and learning since everything is constantly changing i.e. the law, people’s requirements and to refresh ones’ knowledge is paramount in today’s challenging job market. We need to be one step in front and a head of our competitors if we are to succeed. Thanks You for helping me achieve this.
