Coined by Harrod Gordon in 1909, ‘the customer is always right’ is an old and widely accepted adage in the world of business. However, as crucial as customer satisfaction is and as important as customers are to business success, there are times and situations where consumers are not always right. In fact, blindly following the assumption that consumers are always right can lead to adverse implications. The video course on ‘Is the Consumer Always Right?’ discusses and debates both sides of the coin and helps you decide on the best ways to resolve situations at work.

Anyone who has an interest in learning more about this subject matter is encouraged to take the course. There are no entry requirements to take the course.
The course is broken down into 5 individual modules. Each module takes between 20 and 90 minutes on average to study. Although you are free to spend as much or as little time as you feel necessary on each module, simply log in and out of the course at your convenience.
You can study the course any time you like. Simply log in and out of the web based course as often as you require. The course is compatible with all computers, tablet devices and smart phones so you can even study while on the move!
Once you have completed all 5 modules there is a multiple choice test. The questions will be on a range of topics found within the 5 modules. The test, like the course, is online and can be taken a time and location of your choosing.
The pass mark for the test is 70%.
If you don’t pass the test first time you will get further opportunities to take the test again after extra study. There are no limits to the number of times you can take the test. All test retakes are included within the price of the course.
You can either use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Solo cards or PayPal account to pay for the online course. Our site uses the latest SSL encryption to ensure your safety. All payments are handled securely by PayPal.
You can begin the course immediately after your payment has been received. You will create your login details during the checkout process. We will also send you an email confirming your login details.
We estimate that the course will take about 3 hours to complete in total, plus an additional 30 minutes for the end of course test.
Once you have been awarded your certificate it is valid for life. The certificate does not expire or need renewing.
I have always wanted to do hairdressing but never had the confidence. Since taking this course it has given me the chance I wanted and boosted my confidence.

The main role of a Legal Secretary is to provide administrative support and services for Lawyers, Solicitors and Legal Executives. It is their job to ensure that an office runs smoothly and efficiently, enabling their employers to focus on serving their clients.
It is not a necessary requirement to have a degree to become a Legal Secretary. However, it is recommended to have some qualifications specific to the industry.

A good course that covers all the basics and will leave you confident and equipped to deal with any emergencies as they arise, from basic equipment needed, to how to do CPR on your dog or cat, to administering medicines and dealing with burns, breaks and drownings. It gave me a lot of tips and pointers to explore the issues further as well as first aid equipment to buy. Providing you read through all of the modules, you'll be able to pass the course quite easily. Good value for money for what I paid for this course. Well worth the few hours needed.

The course is brilliant to use. The information available on the individual modules is so easy to read and understand. The activities at the end of the modules refresh what you have just learnt, you can print these also so you are able to make notes for your own personal reference to go back to. Overall I would recommend this course and I am so pleased I decided to go for this and will look forward to being able to write this onto my CV.

Wow what an incredible insight for the start of anyone's journey in property. This course gives you so much information and there are tests and questions on each of the modules. The course is very easy to follow and well laid out. You can actually make notes on the pages of each module using the notes tab!
