Anyone who has an interest in learning more about this subject matter is encouraged to take the course. There are no entry requirements to take the course.
The course is broken down into 2 individual modules. Each module takes between 20 and 90 minutes on average to study. Although you are free to spend as much or as little time as you feel necessary on each module, simply log in and out of the course at your convenience.
You can study the course any time you like. Simply log in and out of the web based course as often as you require. The course is compatible with all computers, tablet devices and smart phones so you can even study while on the move!
Once you have completed all 2 modules there is a multiple choice test. The questions will be on a range of topics found within the 2 modules. The test, like the course, is online and can be taken a time and location of your choosing.
The pass mark for the test is 70%.
If you don’t pass the test first time you will get further opportunities to take the test again after extra study. There are no limits to the number of times you can take the test. All test retakes are included within the price of the course.
You can either use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Solo cards or PayPal account to pay for the online course. Our site uses the latest SSL encryption to ensure your safety. All payments are handled securely by PayPal.
You can begin the course immediately after your payment has been received. You will create your login details during the checkout process. We will also send you an email confirming your login details.
We estimate that the course will take about 0.25 hours to complete in total, plus an additional 30 minutes for the end of course test.
Once you have been awarded your certificate it is valid for life. The certificate does not expire or need renewing.

It provided me with all facts and details about payroll, how to run it smoothly and how to communicate with HMRC. I like the format of the written information, it selects vital facts to remember and highlights the most important information that should be learnt.

I have just completed the Level 3 Customer Services Diploma course. This course covers all aspects of what exactly customer service is and how somebody could be an excellent costumer representative.
Although I have 10 years work experience, I should admit that I found it quite interesting. This course is comprehensive and any professional can add some useful knowledge. It offers some essential tips for all who want to succeed in the customer service role.
The modules are well organised and understandable, so anybody can easily become familiar with the terminology. I do propose to anybody to attend this course.

Really helpful course, it covers all the main aspects to become a successful PA. I was looking for an admin course where I can improve a new side of my professional career and this course had everything I needed. It gives you everything from basic computer knowledge to tips for the day to day basics like answering the phone or how to create a memo or book your boss’ travel arrangements. It offers a clear structure with all the main subjects divide in short modules, easy to study that way, and it gives you examples in real life as well as practice exercises that help you to understand everything. I am 3/4 the way through my Legal Secretary Diploma Course, I have studied full time and it has taken me about a week (few hours per day) Very informative course which makes you memorise each module well, with worksheets at the end of each module. Gave a brilliant knowledge base into the different areas of Law and the secretaries roles within them. I have never done an online course before as thought they were not very credible, but this they are good providing you are willing to put the work in, all the information is provided for you , you just need to use it. Thoroughly recommend to anyone who has some spare time and wants to expand their legal knowledge - this course is not just for legal secretaries!!

Excellent course, easy to follow, excellent tutorial videos that set examples out very simply and are easy to pause or fast forward meaning you can go through this course at totally your own speed.
The work sheets are very good as the examples from the video are all replicated clearly and you can skip back and forth between the worksheet and the video if you don’t remember something completely the first time. When you are confident with the subject, you move yourself on to the next one
I love that I can do this completely in my own time and am sure that at the end of the course I will be confident in my own ability to use Excel.

Wow what an incredible insight for the start of anyone's journey in property. This course gives you so much information and there are tests and questions on each of the modules. The course is very easy to follow and well laid out. You can actually make notes on the pages of each module using the notes tab!
